Love Exquisite Arts and Recreation Nonprofit (L.E.A.R.N.) Center is a tax exempt foundation under 501(c)(3).  Donors can deduct contributions under IRC Section 170, 2055, 2106, or 2522.  Our mission is to help low-income youth and adults in low-income communities of Philadelphia learn valuable life skills to help enhance their quality of life and make a positive difference in the community and beyond, through engagement and completion of our enriching workshops and activities.   Our efforts are possible because of companies and people like you that step in and step up to help make a difference with your generous donations.
